The main venue for the conference will take place in Project room 1.06 of the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures at the University of Edinburgh. This is located at 50 George Square in the Edinburgh Old Town. Excursions to the Botanic Gardens and Duddingston Community Gardens will depart from here.

Friday's excursion is a guided Walk on the theme of ‘Deep Time and Sacred Space’, taking place in the remarkably wild volcanic landscape of Holyrood park, where we shall visit the Duddingston Church Ecocogregation and Community Gardens. The expedition concludes with a dinner at the Sheep's Heid Inn.

The Conference Reception and Keynote Plenary will be held in the Netherbow Theatre of the Scottish Storytelling Centre, positioned above the historic John Knox House.
