Hello!

I'm FairyDemon, I'm a comic artist.
I usually open some art commission slot for some limited time(s).

Ground Rules

Payment

We'll use Paypal (International) and direct bank transfer for local bank account (Mandiri, BCA, BTPN Jenius (Indo region)). If you have Wise, you can send it directly to my local bank account.
Strictly, do not mention NSFW or any R18 related on the payment note, especially on Paypal.
Full payment upfront

Pricing

Public display prices are the prices for personal use only!
Prices said are for 1 body count. If it's the same character but appear twice in 1 canvas, it'll count as 2 characters.
Add on prices; There are extra charges for additionals, be sure to read what do I charge for an artwork.
Character Design price; If you don't have a character sheet yet and want me to draw a character based on notes and reference pictures only, that will count as designing character commission.

Limitation

We're equals as client-artist. You're not my boss. I will treat you with respect as my beloved client, so any unnecessary roughness will cost cancelation with no refund + public announcement.
For your request, you can give me character sheets sample, photos, mood-boards, poses you desire, scribbles, or notes.
I won't read your novel-worth of a note, make it effective. An A4 page worth is a maximum note that I'll read for 1 artwork.

Revisions

You'll have chances for revision on each progress.
I'm sending you: Rough boards/Sketch, Line art, Colouring.
Really picky revisions will be ignored. Examples...
- Too detailed notes for 1 pixel mistake,
- Changing major part of the art.

Time of work

Each commission will be done in estimated (currently) 1-4 weeks.
We will communicate through if yours or my end are having difficulties and need extra time to do the said commission.
Do not rush me, I will give you progress when it's time, so don't worry.
If you want to have a quick result at the best quality, you can always pay twice the commission price.

Usage

Personal use only. If you want to sell the print or publish the said artwork, that'll count as commercial use commission.
Printing are allowed, but for personal use only.

Commercial use

It's possible if you want to do commercial-use commission, the price will be twice the normal price.
Royalties system might include if your product sales is worth more than $700. Further discussion, MOU, and sales report will be necessary if this happen.
Do ask/tell for what kind of commercial-use you desire.
For commercial use commission, you'll get the raw files as well (PSD, Clip).

NFT/AI use

Do not use my art/commission for NFT, AI feeding, or auction without any written permission.
NFT-use commission is possible, but I will have to charge you $5000 per character + royalties if you want to use it for NFT. Further discussion and MOU will be required.
AI feeding commission is also possible, but I will have to charge you to pay my housing(s) credit. I'm dead serious. Further discussion, MOU, and renting a lawyer will be required.

Publication

You have the right to post the commission finals in your SNS, Kindly credit me as the artist by tagging my SNS account (@rikappuchino) if you want to post it.
I have the right to use some finals of the commission as sample for another commission batch, or use it as portfolio.
I have the right to publish your commission or not.
For private commission, there will be extra fee needed.

Addendum

There will be additional rules that will come up with any situation, written or not, and it'll apply anytime.
