We're proud to be a small, Alaskan-based business, founded in 2019 on the principles of celebrating diversity, helping members of our community, and creating positive change in the downtown Fairbanks scene. Our operating model is built around four core business and their service paths:
Fairybanks Pride, hosting pride-related events with profits benefiting an emergency grant for community members;
The Death Doula, providing positive, dignified end-of-life care to those facing terminal diagnoses;
Polar Ecology, offering STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) consultancy services to international stakeholders; and
Fairybanks, which owns and manages commercial property in Fairbanks' downtown commercial business district.
