This committee is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and sponsoring monthly gatherings, entertainment, and celebrations for the community.
Because HOA Events are for residents and their guests only, they are considered by the state to be private or organization events in a public building. Please apply for your banquet permit here when serving or selling alcohol.
Submit a reservation request with the office for an area to host the event in. Enter a date and time, as well as several additional date options in the Notes section of the form. NOTE: if changes are made to the date/time of your event, the office must be updated on these changes to avoid scheduling complications and misinformation in the advertising.
2. SUBMIT A VILLAGER ARTICLE -
Write up a detailed advertisement including time, location, price and contact info for the next Villager and send it by the 12th of the month before publication.
3. REQUEST ONLINE TICKET SALES/RSVPS-
If you would like to take reservations or sell tickets online, request the page/link through the office. This is a separate action from the blast.
4. EMAIL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FRIDAY BLAST -
Write up a detailed announcement including date, time, location, menu items, ticket price and contact information and submit by Thursday am to be included in the Friday Email Blast.
If supplies are needed for your event, please place an order at least two weeks in advance. Supplies purchased for daily use in the Clubhouse should not be used for events.
6. GET REIMBURSED FOR YOUR PURCHASE -
Submit receipts here for reimbursement.
7. FILL OUT A POST-EVENT REPORT -
Fill out a Post Event Report here, and download it.
8. UPLOAD POST EVENT REPORT, PICTURES & RECEIPTS -
Save a copy of the report to the Committee Drive Folder for future committee members.
