Meeting Agendas will be posted on this website and on the Community Board outside of the Clubhouse approximately 2 days prior to each monthly meeting.
Annual Meeting: Homeowners should have received a letter in the mail during the week of October 13, 2025 that mentions the following: the Annual Meeting date, a notice that Assessments will increase next year, Candidate Nomination Form (Due by November 10, 2025), and Proposed Rules & Regulation changes that will be voted on at the Annual Meeting.

Details pertaining to the actual budget for next year, assessment dues for 2026, and the election procedures will be sent in a different mailing sometime in the middle of November and that infomation will also be posted on the Annual Meeting page.
Nearly all exterior improvements need Board review and approval prior to starting the project. Check the Rules & Regulations or contact the Property Manager for clarification.
All homeowners are required to maintain their property to include regular tree/bush/grass trimming, sealcoating driveways, storage of trash cans, and general upkeep of the exterior of their home.
Please remember to pick up after your dog. It's unhealthy and illegal to leave waste behind. Residents are encouraged to call the police if you can provide the identity and address of the offender.
