Amber Carroll
Varsity Coach/Program Head
Coach Amber has been coaching volleyball for almost 11 years, her first team was her little sister's middle school team in 2015 and she immediately knew she'd found her calling. Her passion developed team after team and everything she did outside of volleyball was always done with her athletes in mind; from getting certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, to turning down jobs that would conflict with her ability to coach, to deciding to go back to school for Sport Management in order to be the best possible coach and program head possible.
Before Fairview, Coach Amber coached with a variety of different club teams over the years. Most notably, she coached at Core Values Volleyball Club where she moved up with her team and had over 90-95% of athletes returning year after year after year for their 15s, 16s, and 17s season. She also was a dedicated member of the Green Mountain High School coaching staff for 6 seasons, taking up the JV team in her 3rd year, and helping the program make its way to 4 consecutive League Championships and, in her final year, the volleyball team's first ever appearance at the State Championship.
Coach Amber puts a great deal of focus into injury prevention, athlete nutrition, and sport psychology; and she is beyond excited for the opportunity to put her passion and experience toward a program with truly great potential. GO KNIGHTS!
