"Absolutely no communication about the construction. We are just expected to be able to go along with whatever is happening that day, even if they randomly show up to remove all your windows.. I reached out to the property manager and asked for more direct communication (such as an email about when certain buildings/apartments would be worked on etc) since this construction affects everyone’s daily lives and received a placating email about how they care about us but for the month and a half since we have received no updates" - New England Village

There were three nights that our bedrooms were 52° at night because the construction team removed the siding and the install installation and the trim from the windows and I had to hang sheets to stop the blizzard winds from blowing snow into my bedroom.
