All our cars are covered with Comprehensive Insurance. In case of any damages, the Excess Insurance Charges must be paid along with necessary documents and the ROP report.

Can I extend or reduce the tenure of my lease contract?

Lease contracts are subject to a 'Termination Clause' that must be complied with for any pre-closure. Extension of the lease contract depends on the terms and conditions, and revised or same rental rates will be decided accordingly.

What types of fines can be charged?

Fines may be levied for any violation that is non-compliant as per the Traffic Regulations of Royal Oman Police.

How are the Traffic Fines paid by the customer?

Customers are required to pay traffic fines as and when imposed by Fahma International, based on the Traffic Fine issued by the Royal Oman Police.
