We store notifications related to your account and orders so that you can view them within the application.
To improve the application, we may collect limited technical information, including:

Operating system version

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token
We use your information to:
Create and manage your account.
Authenticate your identity.
Process and manage your orders.
Deliver products.
Match motorcycle parts with your motorcycle.
Maintain your Wishlist.

You may sign in using:

Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is provided through Firebase Authentication. After successful authentication, our backend verifies the user's identity and creates or accesses the user's account.
Payments are currently verified using Whish Money.
We do not store your banking information or credit/debit card information.
Only the payment reference required to verify your payment may be stored.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications, including:
Order updates
Account notifications
Service announcements
To provide our services, we use trusted third-party providers:
Firebase Authentication – Google Sign-In authentication.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – Push notifications.
MailerSend – Email verification codes (OTP).
These providers process only the information necessary to provide their services in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Although we strive to use commercially acceptable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to:

Users can permanently delete their account directly from the Profile screen within the application.
When an account is deleted, we permanently remove or anonymize the user's personal information stored by our services, including:
User account information.
Authentication sessions.
Google Sign-In identity records (when applicable).
Wishlist items.
User notifications.
Saved motorcycle information.
If the user has previously placed an order, order records may be retained where required for business or legal purposes. In such cases, personal identifiers, such as the user's phone number, are removed from those records whenever possible.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Fadel Moto Parts is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
