RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• Entries are open to all branches of engineering students.

• The duration of the presentation is 10mins. At the end time will be intimated to the participants. If time exceeds, the committee will halt the presentation.

• The abstract should be submitted on or before 21/10/2024.

• After presentation has been completed, there will be a Q&A session with jury. 

• Maximum 4 per team and Minimum 1 person can present their paper. One person can not be in other teams.

• The final decision will be made based on the presentation and viva session. The decision of the jury is final.

• Must carry own college id card and your own essentials.

• Abstract should be in PDF format with names of the team member.

• Also a team should have a head in order to convey any messages to the team from our side.

SPECIFICATIONS: 

The presentation file should follow the following format,

• The number of slides in the presentation must be limited from 10 to 12.

• The maximum number of words on each slide must be less than 30.

• If the word limit exceeds, then the score will be reduced.

• Animations are permitted.

• Background sounds are prohibited.

• Apply legible fonts.

• File Format: MS power point(.ppt or pptx)

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• A team can consist of a maximum of 2 members.

• Registration and abstract submission should be done on or before 21/10/2024.

• Relevant topics or themes will be prioritized.

• The poster should be in English and portrait orientation size of a1(23.4 x 33.1 inches).

• Poster may be printed or e posters.

• Decision of the judges will be final.

• Presenting time may vary according to time constraints (7 to 10 min). 

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• Every participation should bring your own stationary and drawing equipment.

• Total number of rounds: 2

ROUND 1:

• Free hand sketching -Two diagrams will be given.

• First diagram: Isometric to orthographic projection

• Second diagram: orthographic to Isometric projection

• Sketches must have center lines and hidden lines

• Diagram must be in first angle projection or third angle projection

• Time period:30 Minutes

ROUND 2:

• 3D modelling (part diagram will be given).

• Participation can choose any software viz. SOLIDWORKS, NX, CATIA.

• Modelling part should be perfectly constrained during sketches.

• Time period:45 Minutes.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• Each team can have a maximum of two participants. 

• There will be three rounds in total 

• Each question will have a time limit of 20 seconds. 

• Teams will advance to the next round based on their scores in the previous round. The top-scoring teams will qualify. 

• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited during the quiz. If a team is found using a mobile phone, they will be disqualified from the event. 

• Please ensure that all team members adhere to these rules and regulations.

• Any disputes or clarifications regarding the rules will be handled by the quiz organizers.
