2. Our Core Privacy Commitment
NOTE
When you use the AI headshot feature, your selected photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection to MASHAL SOFT's proprietary AI servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your photo is used solely to generate the transformed result and is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. We do not store, retain, sell, or share your photos with any third party.
We built this Application with privacy as a foundational principle. Please read the following commitments carefully:
We do not store your images on our servers. All photos, selfies, and reference images you upload are processed entirely on your device or in a temporary, encrypted session. Once your transformation is complete, your original image is immediately and permanently deleted from our processing pipeline.
No one can access your pictures. We do not share, sell, license, or transmit your images to any third party, employee, partner, or affiliate under any circumstances. Your photos are yours alone.
We do not build facial recognition databases. Your biometric facial data is never extracted, stored, catalogued, or used to train AI models.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
When you use the Application, you may provide the following:
Reference photographs or selfies uploaded for face swap and outfit transformation
In-app purchase information (processed securely by Apple — we do not receive or store payment card details)
Feedback or support requests submitted voluntarily through the Application
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
We may collect limited, non-identifiable technical data automatically, including:
Device type and operating system version
App version and crash logs for debugging purposes
General usage statistics (e.g., feature interaction counts, session duration)
This data is collected in aggregate form only and cannot be used to identify you personally.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:
To provide the face swap, outfit change, and AI headshot transformation features
To process and complete your requested transformation in real time
To improve Application performance and fix technical issues
To process in-app purchases via Apple's secure payment infrastructure
To respond to customer support inquiries
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, data brokering, or any purpose beyond what is described above.
5. Image Processing & Data Retention
This section is critical to understanding how your photos are handled:
Your uploaded images are used exclusively to generate your transformation result.
Images are processed in a temporary, isolated session and are not written to any persistent storage on our servers.
Upon completion of your transformation, all uploaded image data is permanently purged from our processing environment.
We do not retain copies of your original photos, intermediate processing frames, or generated outputs on our infrastructure.
Saved transformation results are stored locally on your device only, under your full control.
In plain terms: once your image is processed and the result is delivered to your device, no copy of your photo exists anywhere on our end.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information or images to any outside party. The only limited exceptions are:
Apple Inc., for processing in-app purchases through the App Store
Analytics providers that receive only aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics
Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or government regulation
Under no circumstance do we share your photos or biometric data with any third party for any reason.
7. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Application, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of your data during processing, including:
Encrypted data transmission using TLS/HTTPS protocols
Isolated, ephemeral processing sessions that are terminated immediately after use
No persistent server-side storage of user images
Regular security assessments and code reviews
While we take every reasonable precaution to safeguard your data, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use the Application on trusted, secure networks.
