This Privacy Policy explains how CodeCare infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Face Swap AI Video Editor mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
A) Images You Choose
The App allows you to select images only (for example, a selfie or portrait image) from your device to generate face swap results.
The App does not require you to select or upload your own videos.
B) Automatically Collected Technical & Usage Data
To run the App, improve performance, and measure usage, we (and our service providers) may collect:
Device information (model, OS version, language/region)
App version and basic usage events (e.g., screens opened, feature usage)
Crash logs and diagnostic information
Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), where available
We use the information to:
Provide the face swap feature and generate results
Improve app stability and performance
Understand how users use the App (analytics)
Show and measure ads (if ads are enabled)
Prevent abuse and protect users
To generate results, the App uploads the selected image to a third-party AI API for processing and returns the result to you.
We do not intentionally store your selected images on our own servers beyond what is necessary to process your request.
Third-party AI providers may process data according to their own privacy policy.
We do not keep your selected images on our servers after processing is completed, except for temporary handling required to complete your request.
Your generated output may be saved on your device only if you choose to download/save it.
Analytics and crash data may be retained for a reasonable period to help us improve the App.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (advertising)
Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
These services may collect device and usage data to provide their functionality.
If ads are enabled, AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to:
Show ads
Measure ad performance
Prevent fraud and abuse
Firebase Analytics helps us understand usage patterns and improve the App.
Firebase Crashlytics helps us detect crashes and fix stability issues.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited information only as needed to operate the App:
AI API provider: receives the uploaded image only to generate the requested result
Google AdMob / Firebase services: receive device/usage/crash data as needed for ads, analytics, and crash reporting
Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect safety and rights
The App may request:
Photos/Media access to select an image and save your output
You can manage permissions anytime from your device settings.
The App is not intended for children under 18 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.
