FaceSearch: AI Face Finder (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is dedicated to safeguarding your digital privacy and upholding transparency in data practices. This Privacy Policy details how data is managed when you install or interact with our application, in full accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play Developer Policies.
Our application is designed to function without capturing, maintaining, or indexing any personally identifiable information during routine use.
If you voluntarily share details with our team (such as reaching out for technical assistance), that information is processed strictly to:
Address your inquiries and resolve technical issues.
Enhance software stability and optimize overall user experience.
Satisfy statutory rules and compliance mandates.
Authorized Disclosure Scenarios: We never sell, rent, or distribute personal information. Data may only be disclosed under explicit circumstances:
With your affirmative, clear permission.
To comply with a valid warrant, subpoena, or enforceable legal order.
Upon lawful request from authorized statutory bodies.
When necessary to enforce our legal terms or protect intellectual property.
To ensure reliable media playback and download efficiency, we process non-personal, aggregated diagnostic information:
Hardware profile, device model, and operating system build.
Default locale/language settings and approximate country-level region.
App package identifier assigned to your device installation.
Telemetry metrics including session duration, open rates, and navigation paths.
Diagnostic data regarding interaction with in-app utilities.
Application of Non-Personal Metrics:
Monitoring usage trends to drive performance improvements.
Diagnosing playback failures, interface bottlenecks, and system bugs.
Serving contextual advertising inventory through authorized third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).
Note: In the event non-identifiable technical data is linked with identifiable records, the combined data will be treated under strict personal data standards.
The app requests specific Android permissions strictly necessary to execute its media handling and networking capabilities:

We integrate verified external software development kits (SDKs) to maintain core app infrastructure and monetization:
Google Play Services: Delivers baseline system components and platform reliability.
Firebase: Provides crash diagnostics, anomaly monitoring, and real-time stability analytics.
Google AdMob: Delivers programmatic advertising units within the application.
All third-party services process information subject to their independent privacy standards and agreements.
For users located within the European Economic Area (EEA), the following rights are recognized:
Access & Transparency: You may request confirmation of any data processed through support interactions.
Rectification & Deletion: You have the right to request modification or permanent purging of any submitted information.
Consent Revocation: You retain full authority to stop data processing at any point by clearing application storage or uninstalling the app.
Our media player is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age stipulated in your region). We do not deliberately solicit or gather information from minors. If you become aware that a child has submitted personal details through our support channels, contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
We deploy industry-standard operational and administrative controls—including network firewalls, encrypted protocols, and strict access limitations—to protect technical diagnostics. However, no internet transmission channel or electronic storage architecture can provide absolute, impenetrable security.
Monetization is supported via Google AdMob. While we strive to maintain non-intrusive ad placement, the dynamic delivery, rendering, and content of advertisements are governed by third-party ad networks, which may occasionally result in unexpected display behaviors outside our direct control.
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy to reflect technical updates, feature additions, or regulatory changes. Revisions become binding upon publication on this page. Regularly reviewing this document ensures awareness of our active privacy practices.
