1. Overview
   This Privacy Policy explains how FaceDefine (also shown as Face Define) collects, uses, shares, and stores data when you use the app. FaceDefine is an informational, visualization, educational, and cosmetic/beauty analysis tool. It is not a medical service.

2. Account and Profile Data
   Google Sign-In is required to use FaceDefine. We store your account/profile record in Firebase Firestore and it may include: uid, email, name, subscription status, scan credits, and timestamps such as created/updated time.

3. Face Images and 2D Local Processing
   2D face analysis is processed locally on your device using MediaPipe Face Mesh / landmark detection. 2D images, landmark adjustments, and 2D outputs are stored locally on your device unless you remove them.

4. Generated Results and Local Storage
   Selected 2D facial images are processed locally on your device. Facial landmarks, manual landmark adjustments, ratios, ideal ranges, scores, and saved 2D reports may also be stored locally on the device. Local files remain on the device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Locally stored reports are not automatically available on another device.

5. Face Analysis, Not Face Recognition
   FaceDefine does not perform identity recognition, identity verification, or biometric authentication. Facial analysis is used only for visualization, facial ratios, cosmetic analysis, and user-requested processing features.

6. Ads and Advertising Data
   FaceDefine may introduce advertising in a future version of the app. If advertising is enabled, third-party advertising services such as Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device signals, and ad-performance data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement in accordance with their own privacy policies. FaceDefine will update this Privacy Policy and any relevant in-app disclosures before or when advertising becomes active.

7. Payments and Subscriptions
   FaceDefine subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and managed using RevenueCat. Google Play processes payment and transaction information, while RevenueCat processes subscription status, entitlement information, purchase receipts, product identifiers, and related billing metadata needed to activate and manage subscription access. FaceDefine does not directly receive or store full payment-card details. Payment processing is subject to Google Play’s policies, and subscription-management data is also subject to RevenueCat’s applicable privacy practices.

8. Firebase and Google Services
   FaceDefine uses Firebase services including Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Google/Firebase may process technical, device, and service log data required to provide these services securely and reliably.

9. Community Features
   FaceDefine includes community features that allow users to create posts, upload images, comment on posts, like or react to content, and participate in discussions.

Content that users choose to publish in the Community section may be visible to other users of the app. Users are responsible for the content they submit and should avoid posting personal, sensitive, confidential, or private information.

Community content may include:

• Posts and text submissions

• Uploaded images

• Comments

• Likes and reactions

• Reports submitted for moderation or safety purposes

Community content and related activity may be stored using Firebase services, including Firestore and Firebase Storage, to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the Community experience.

We may remove content that violates our rules, investigate abuse reports, restrict access to Community features, or suspend accounts that misuse Community features.

10. Data Sharing
    We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to operate app features and service providers, including Firebase/Google services, RevenueCat, Google Play, and Firebase services used to operate Community features such as posts, comments, reactions, image uploads, and moderation-related records.

11. Data Retention and Deletion
    Profile/account records are retained while your account is active, unless deletion is requested. 2D images, 2D outputs, and locally saved 2D reports stay on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Community posts, comments, likes, uploaded images, reports, and related records may be stored while the feature is active. When users delete their own posts, we may remove the post, associated comments, likes, reports, and uploaded images from Firebase systems. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational purposes. Backend systems may retain operational logs and related records for security, debugging, billing/usage control, and abuse prevention.

12. Account Deletion
    You can instantly delete your account from the Profile page. Account deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account and Firestore profile data. Local files on your device should be deleted from within the app or by uninstalling/clearing app data. 13. Children and Teen Users
    FaceDefine is not sexual/adult content. Teenagers may use the app, but minors should use it with parent/guardian guidance. We do not knowingly target children with medical or adult-purpose claims.

14. Medical / Cosmetic Disclaimer
    FaceDefine is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Results are informational/cosmetic references only and should not be used as a substitute for licensed medical, dermatology, dental, or surgical consultation.

15. Security
    We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account information, subscription records, community content, and data processed through Firebase and other active service providers. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, monitoring, secure credential management, and abuse-prevention controls.

16. Policy Updates
    We may revise this Privacy Policy as features, legal requirements, or service providers change. Updated versions will be posted in-app with a revised Last Updated date.
