I am just getting started. I have set up my shop on Shopify. I have created a FB page. Now I am using the facebook tool to create a featured and dynamic view of my collection and I keep getting the same error for three of the collections: Collection already featured. It is featured more than once. Remove one of the duplicate collections to avoid confusion. 

Do you have any more details on how to do this? I'm unsure what is meant by "un-sync the Meta and Shopify option". Do you mean "Unpublish the collection from the Faceook & Instragram Sales Channel"?


Also, where in Facebook Business Commerce Manager can you "Un-sync" it? Which action are you referring to?

I'm having a similar issue! One of our Shopify collections was recreated 4 times and I can't remove them in the Meta Shop. I've removed them as a sales channel from the collection in Shopify but nothing has changed. Has anyone found a solution to this?

What I usually do for these, since facebook requires a specific size (1200x628px) I add an link cms item to the collection, then I pull in the link to the image from the CMS by using the + Add Field link.

In this paper, we explore the use of Facebook targeted advertisements for the collection of survey data. We illustrate the potential of survey sampling and recruitment on Facebook through the example of building a large employee-employer linked dataset as part of The Shift Project. We describe the workflow process of targeting, creating, and purchasing survey recruitment advertisements on Facebook. We address concerns about sample selectivity, and apply post-stratification weighting techniques to adjust for differences between our sample and that of "gold-standard" data sources. After you set up Facebook and Instagram by Meta your Shopify products will start syncing to Facebook. You can select the products that you want to make available to the channel on the Product page, or by using the bulk editor in Facebook and Instagram by Meta.

When you make a product available to Facebook and Instagram by Meta, it's available to all of the features that you have set up in Facebook and Instagram by Meta. Because all of Facebook and Instagram by Meta's features share the same product catalog, it's not possible to make a product available to only one feature of Facebook and Instagram by Meta if you have multiple features set up. For example, if you have both Facebook Shop and Instagram Shopping set up in Facebook and Instagram by Meta, and you make a product available to Facebook and Instagram by Meta, then the product is available on both Facebook Shop and Instagram Shopping.
