This Privacy Policy applies to the FaceBeat - AI Video Generator app, hereby referred to as the “Application,” for mobile devices, created by Le Khanh Thong, hereby referred to as the “Service Provider.” The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address, such as IP address
The pages or screens you visit within the Application
The time and date of your visit
The time spent on pages or screens within the Application
The operating system used on your mobile device
App performance, crash, and diagnostic information where applicable
The Application does not collect precise location information about your mobile device.
The Application may allow users to select or upload photos and videos in order to create AI-generated video results. These photos or videos may contain a visible face. Such content is processed only to provide the AI video generation feature requested by the user.
Face Data and AI Processing
The Application may allow users to upload or select photos that contain a face in order to create AI-generated videos or photos. We use the selected photo only to generate the result requested by the user.
The Application does not collect Face ID data, biometric identifiers, facial recognition identifiers, face templates for identity verification, or any facial recognition data used to identify or authenticate a person.
How We Use Face Data
Face data from selected photos may be used to detect, align, and animate the face according to the selected AI video template. This processing is used only to create, preview, and deliver the requested AI-generated result.
Face data is not used for:
Identity verification
Authentication
Advertising
User tracking
Profiling
AI model training
User Photos and Videos
The Application may process the following user-selected content:
A selfie photo or face photo selected by the user
A selected video, motion template, or video generation request
Generated AI video results
User-selected photos and videos are used only to create the requested AI-generated video result. The Service Provider does not claim ownership of user-provided photos, videos, or generated content.
Sharing with Third-Party AI Processing Services
To provide AI video generation features, selected photos, videos, and generation requests may be processed by the Service Provider’s secure processing server and/or trusted AI processing providers.
This data is shared only for the purpose of generating the requested AI result. It is not sold, shared for advertising, or shared for tracking purposes.
Where Face Data Is Stored
Uploaded photos, videos, and related processing files may be temporarily stored on secure processing infrastructure while the AI generation request is being processed.
The Application does not store face data as a permanent user profile, does not maintain a biometric database, and does not use face data to identify users.
Face Data Retention
Uploaded photos, videos, and related processing files are retained only for the time necessary to complete the requested AI generation and deliver the result to the user.
Files are deleted automatically after processing or rendering is completed. The Service Provider does not permanently retain face data and does not use uploaded face data to train AI models.
Third-Party Access
The Application may use third-party services to support app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or AI processing. These third-party services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.
The Application may use the following third-party services where applicable:

Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
AI processing and cloud processing service providers
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, protect user safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to protect the information appropriately
Advertising and Analytics
The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. Advertising partners may collect certain device or usage information to provide, measure, and improve advertisements, depending on user consent and device settings.
The Application may also use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand app performance, improve features, and fix issues.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
You may also manage privacy and tracking permissions through your device settings where available.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested app functionality and for a reasonable time thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
For AI generation requests, uploaded photos, videos, and related processing files are deleted automatically after processing or rendering is completed.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data collected through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at exostudio24@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such data will be promptly deleted from the Service Provider’s servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at exostudio24@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider values your trust and is committed to protecting your information. Reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are used to protect the data processed and maintained by the Application.
Uploaded photos, videos, and processing data are protected during transmission and processing using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.
You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is effective from April 14, 2026.
AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers
To create your video, FaceBeat sends the photo and video you select to our server and to our third-party AI provider, Replicate, Inc. ("Replicate"),
located in the United States. Replicate runs the AI model that animates the face in your photo and returns the generated video to us.
• What we send: the selfie photo you choose (which contains your facial image) and the dance video you choose.
• Why: solely to generate your animated video at your request.
• Not for training: your photo and video are not used to train AI models.
• What we do NOT send: your name, email address, contacts, or location.
• Service-provider role: Replicate processes your media on our behalf as a service provider. Replicate's handling of data is governed by its own Privacy Policy at https://replicate.com/privacy.
• No sale of data: we do not sell your photos, videos, or facial images.
You can review this Privacy Policy at any time from the app's Settings.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
When using AI video generation features, you consent to the processing of selected photos, videos, and face data solely for the purpose of generating the AI result requested by you.
