2. Information We Collect
Photos: When you select or capture a photo for face swapping, it is uploaded to our servers for processing. Your created face swaps are saved and can be deleted anytime through the app.
Device Information: We collect basic device information required for app authentication and functionality.
Advertising Data: Our app displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). For this purpose, AdMob may automatically collect your Android Advertising ID, IP address, app interaction data (such as taps and video views), and diagnostic information. This data is used for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention. Your photos are never used for advertising purposes.
Subscription Information: If you subscribe, we collect transaction details to manage your subscription and credits. Payment processing is handled by Google Play Store.
Usage Data: We collect app usage information and crash reports to improve performance and fix issues.
Report Data: If you use the in-app "Raise a Concern" feature, we collect the report reason, content type, content identifier, and any optional description you provide so we can review policy violations.

4. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibilities

- You are solely responsible for every photo you upload and every face swap you create.
- You may only upload photos you own or have explicit permission to use.
- You must not upload or create content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, non-consensual, harassing, hateful, violent, misleading, or otherwise unlawful.
- You must not use the app to impersonate, defame, or misrepresent any person without their consent.
- You must not attempt to create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to exploit, threaten, or harm others.
Our app provides built-in templates and AI processing tools for creative, lawful, and appropriate use only. Swapify is not responsible for how users choose to use the service when they violate these rules.
5. Content Moderation & Safety
To help keep Swapify safe and compliant with app store policies, we use automated and manual moderation measures, including:
- Automated screening of user-uploaded photos for nudity and other inappropriate content before face detection and processing
- Review of built-in templates and categories to remove policy-violating content
- In-app reporting tools that allow users to flag templates, generated results, or other concerns
- Blocking or rejecting uploads and outputs that violate our content rules
If your photo is blocked during upload screening, you will be asked to choose a different image. Repeated attempts to upload prohibited content may result in restricted access to app features.

10. Age Requirement & Children's Privacy
Swapify is intended for adults aged 18 and older only. The app is not designed for or directed at children or teenagers.
