AI Face Swap – Photo & Video ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is an AI face swap app for photos and videos, for adults, operated by Applix Studio. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not do when you use the app. It is part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them and with our Privacy Policy. The app is intended only for users aged 18 and over.
By using the app, you agree to follow this Policy. You are responsible for the photos and videos you submit ("Input") and for the results you generate ("Output"), and for how you use them.
1. Prohibited content and behaviour
You must not use the app to create, upload, generate, store, or share any of the following:
• Sexual or nudity content – Pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content, depictions of sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses in which the subject is nude, blurred, or minimally clothed, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification.
• Child sexual abuse material and content involving minors – Any sexual or suggestive content involving a minor, or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers anyone under 18, in any form. This is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance and may be reported to the authorities and relevant organizations.
• Non-consensual and real-person content – Face swaps, deepfakes, kiss videos, or other AI-generated media of a real, identifiable person created or used without that person's consent, including intimate, sexual, defamatory, or misleading depictions, and impersonation of real individuals.
• Hate, harassment, and violence – Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics; that harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates; or that depicts graphic violence, gore, or self-harm.
• Illegal activity, fraud, and deception – Content that promotes or facilitates illegal acts, the sale of illegal goods, terrorism or violent extremism, fraud, scams, phishing, or content created to deceive or mislead others (including misleading "real" depictions of events that did not happen or non-consensual deepfakes presented as genuine).
• Intellectual property infringement – Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity, including unauthorized use of protected characters, logos, brands, celebrity likenesses, or works.
• Other harmful or abusive use – Malware or harmful code; attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with the app's safety checks, rate limits, or security; scraping or automated abuse; and any use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
2. Your responsibilities
• Only submit Input you have the right to use, and obtain consent from any identifiable person shown in your Input (including both people in a kiss video).
• Do not attempt to defeat or evade the app's content-safety checks or moderation.
• Use Output responsibly and lawfully, and do not present AI-generated Output as a genuine photograph or video of a real event or person in a way that is deceptive or harmful.
• Use kiss video, video face swap, and other features only for lawful, appropriate, personal entertainment — not for harassment, impersonation, or sexual content.
• Comply with the Terms of Service, this Policy, applicable laws, and the rules of any platform where you share Output.
3. Content safety and moderation
Uploaded photos are checked for prohibited content (for example, nudity or sexual content) before processing, and content flagged as unsafe is blocked and not processed. Our AI providers may also refuse to generate content that violates their policies. Built-in templates and categories are reviewed and inappropriate content may be removed. We may review, remove, or refuse to process any content that we believe violates this Policy.
4. Reporting violations
If you see content you believe violates this Policy, please report it using the in-app report tool (the flag icon shown on templates, results, and creations, or Report a Problem in Settings). You can select a reason and add an optional note. Reports are reviewed and can lead to removal of the reported content and restriction of the access responsible.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following: blocking or removal of content, loss of access to features, and suspension or termination of your access to the app, without notice. Serious violations, including content involving minors, may be reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities. We may take any action we consider appropriate to protect users, third parties, and the service, and to comply with the law.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
