AI Face Swap – Photo & Video ("the app") is provided by Applix Studio. This document describes how we handle information when you use the app. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. App permissions and why we need them
The app requests certain permissions so core features work:
• Camera – To take a new photo when creating a face swap.
• Storage and media access – To pick photos and videos from your device and to save generated images and videos to your gallery.
• Internet – To run AI processing for face and video features and to load app content.
• Notifications – For processing updates and app-related messages. You can turn these off in your device settings.
• Billing – Used by the system for in-app subscriptions via Google Play; we do not read or store your payment details.
You can revoke or deny permissions in your device settings; some features may then be unavailable.
2. What data we collect and why
Photos and videos: Photos or other media you select or capture for face or video swapping are sent to our systems to perform the AI processing. Generated images and videos may be stored so you can access them in the app; you can remove them at any time from your creations gallery.
Advertising: The app shows ads via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may collect data for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention. Your uploaded media and generated content are not used for ad targeting. You can limit or reset ad tracking in your device settings.

Subscriptions: If you subscribe, we receive transaction and entitlement data to manage access and credits. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not store payment details.
Usage and stability: We use analytics and crash reporting to improve the app. This can include anonymized usage and error data.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded content for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing.
3. How we use your information
We use the data described above to run face and video swap processing, manage subscriptions and credits, operate and improve the app, show ads and measure ad performance, send notifications you have agreed to, respond to support requests, and protect against misuse and fraud.
4. Content safety and moderation
• To help keep the app safe and to comply with our content policies and the policies of the platforms we publish on, photos and videos you submit are checked automatically before processing. Material that appears to contain nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or other content prohibited by our policies is blocked and is not processed. Generated outputs may also be subject to automated checks.
• The app provides an in-app reporting tool so you can flag any template, generated result, or item in your creations gallery that you believe violates our policies. Reports are reviewed and can lead to removal of the reported content.
• You are responsible for the photos and videos you choose to upload. Do not use the app to create or share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, defamatory, deceptive (including non-consensual deepfakes), or that infringes the rights of others. Use only content you have the right to use, and do not use the app to impersonate anyone without permission.
4. Third-party services and their privacy policies
The app uses the following third-party services. Each may collect and process data as described in its own privacy policy:

5. Security
We use standard technical measures to protect data sent between your device and our systems. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
6. How long we keep data
• Source uploads – Removed after processing is complete.
• Generated images and videos – Kept until you delete them in the app.
• Account and subscription data – Retained while you use the app and as needed for legal and support purposes.
• Analytics – In anonymized or aggregated form; retention follows our provider’s policies.
• Ad-related data – Subject to AdMob’s retention practices; you can reset your advertising ID in device settings.
7. Your choices and rights
You can delete your creations from the in-app gallery, change or revoke app permissions in your device settings, turn off notifications in system settings, limit or reset ad personalization in device settings, and cancel a subscription via your Google Play account. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will respond to legitimate requests in line with applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
AI Face Swap – Photo & Video is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. When we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with advertising partners for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention; with service providers that help us operate the app, under confidentiality and use limits; or when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Content you submit is not shared with third parties for their advertising or marketing.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
