Attire

The attire for The Black Out is all black. ACCENT COLORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The dress code will be strictly enforced. Anyone not abiding by the dress code may be denied entry without a refund per the terms and conditions of the ticket purchase.

We encourage you to be as creative and extra as possible!

Doors open at 6:30pm.

Tickets may be purchased through www.fabulousfridaypgh.com only. 

**Do not buy tickets from Facebook comments. Those are Spam Robots. Tickets are only sold through the Fabulous Friday website. Fabulous Friday is not responsible for tickets sold anywhere except our website.**

You will receive a ticket with a QR Code. The QR code will be scanned at the door electronically.

You do not have to print your ticket. It can be scanned from your phone at the door.

Invalid QR codes or duplicates will not be admitted.

THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR. Once tickets are sold out, NO MORE WILL BE ADDED.

There are no refunds.

If you purchase more than one ticket, the QR code you receive after purchase can only be used for the exact number of tickets you purchased. For example, if you purchase Contributor Deluxe for 2, your QR code can be scanned twice. If you purchase a Whole Table of 8, your QR code can be scanned 8 times. This allows easy distribution for your guests and easy access at the door. 

Seating

Tables closest to the stage and dancefloor are Reserved for Sponsors, Contributors, and VIP. Whole Reserved Tables are seated thereafter.

General Admission includes a seat at a table and dinner. General Admission seating is not reserved and is First Come, First Serve.

Sponsorships and Reserved Seating will be reserved, marked and numbered.

Night Owl Ticket holders will not be admitted before 9:30pm. Night Owl Tickets do not include dinner and do not include a seat.

Food

Dinner is served from 7pm - 9pm.

Dinner guests will enjoy a full buffet meal by Rivers Casino.

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS PERMITTED. No exceptions.

Online 50/50 Raffle

We are extremely excited to announce that this year's 50/50 raffle is online! This reduces the need for cash and offers a safe and secure way to be involved in our charity raffle. Additionally, the 50/50 raffle will be live November 11, 2025. This way, the pot can grow until The Black Out! 

Winners do not need to be present. 

Whether you win or not, you will be notified via email.

The Black Out is a privately run event by Fabulous Friday Society Foundation, Inc. We reserve the right to deny anyone entry based on the above guidelines and anything the President deems appropriate and/or necessary. No refunds.
