Attire

The attire for The Black Out is all black.

The dress code will be strictly enforced. Anyone not abiding by the dress code may be denied entry without a refund per the terms and conditions of the ticket purchase.

We encourage you to be as creative and extra as possible!

Venue

Fabulous Friday will be held in Rivers Casino in The Event Center located at 777 Casino Drive, Pittsburgh, Pa 15212.

You must be 21+ with valid ID to enter the casino.

Strict Security will be enforced. 

Free Parking is available at the casino. Lyft/Uber are encouraged if you plan to consume alcohol.

No smoking, 420, e-cigarettes or vapes anywhere in the Event Center.

There are multiple bathrooms and the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Entry & Ticketing

Sponsors, Contributors and VIP will have an exclusive entry door.

General Admission tickets will have their own entry door.

Doors open at 6pm.

Tickets may be purchased through www.fabulousfridaypgh.com only. 

**Do not buy tickets from Facebook comments. Those are Spam Robots. Tickets are only sold through the Fabulous Friday website. Fabulous Friday, LLC is not responsible for tickets sold anywhere except our website.**

You will receive a ticket with a QR Code. The QR code will be scanned at the door electronically.

You do not have to print your ticket. It can be scanned from your phone at the door.

Invalid QR codes or duplicates will not be admitted.

THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR. In the event a guest would like to buy a ticket at the door, the price will be $150 per person without a seat.

Once tickets are sold out, NO MORE WILL BE ADDED.

NEW If you purchase more than one ticket, the QR code you receive after purchase can only be used for the exact number of tickets you purchased. For example, if you purchase Contributor Deluxe for 2, your QR code can be scanned twice. If you purchase a Whole Table of 8, your QR code can be scanned 8 times. This allows easy distribution for your guests and easy access at the door. 

Vending

Luxury Vending will be available from the Black Label Market, presented by business guru, Shawna Solomon.

Seating

Tables closest to the stage and dancefloor are Reserved for Sponsors, Contributors, and VIP. Whole Reserved Tables are seated thereafter. See the ticket page for a layout chart of the tables.

General Admission includes a seat at a table and dinner. General Admission seating is not reserved and is First Come, First Serve.

Sponsorships and Reserved Seating will be reserved, marked and numbered.

Night Owl Ticket holders will not be admitted before 9pm. Night Owl Tickets do not include dinner and do not include a seat.

Food

Dinner guests will enjoy a full buffet meal by the amazing Rivers Casino kitchens.

The dinner buffet will only be available for 2 hours from 6:30pm-8:30pm. 

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS PERMITTED. No exceptions.

Vegan and Vegetarian plating can be requested, but must be individually requested via email at fabulousfridaypgh@gmail.com.

Food or Drinks purchased from other areas of the casino are permitted inside the Event Center.

All menu items are gluten free except the roasted vegetable pasta and dinner rolls.
