I'm a mathematician from a small town called El Carmen de Viboral that is located near to Medellín, Colombia.  I did both Bachelor and Master's degrees at the Universidad de Antioquia in Medellín. I obtained my PhD degree at the Universidade de São Paulo in São Paulo, Brazil, under the supervision of Cristián Ortiz. I'm a member of the research groups Higher Differential Geometry and Álgebra UdeA. Currently, I'm a postdoc at IME-USP under the supervision of Claudio Gorodski. 

My research interests lie in Differential Geometry and Topology, with a particular focus on Lie Theory. I have worked on invariant geometric objects on Lie groups and homogeneous spaces, and I am also interested in broader structures such as Lie groupoids, Lie algebroids, and differentiable stacks.
