Amira's Belly Dance 101 DVD

I can vouch for how good belly dancing feels! I read ages ago that belly rolls (alternating the lower and upper abdominal muscles) are supposed to mimic what you do in childbirth. But at 7 months, I cannot imagine how anyone can have that kind of control over the abdominal muscles anymore!
