Welcome to my personal page!

I am a researcher in business at the institute for accounting of Bern university. My main area of research is Managerial Accounting. Inspired by a decade working in large international organizations, my research mainly focuses on how incentives and preferences for fairness influence key managerial decisions in firms. I often take inspiration in experimental and behavioral economic research and try to determine, both theoretically and experimentally, how some of the most deeply-rooted human behaviors affect individual decision-making in organizations.
