I am a professor of mathematics at the University of Salzburg (Austria). My research interests are convex geometry and related problems in geometric functional analysis. More information is also available in this short portrait in German.
Previously, I was a senior scientist at TU Wien (Austria), working in the group of Monika Ludwig. Before that, I was an Erwin Schrödinger fellow at the University of Florence (Italy), financed by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF). You can read about my experiences in Florence here. Before Italy, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Tel Aviv University (Israel), hosted by Shiri Artstein-Avidan, and an assistant at TU Wien (Austria).
I have also worked as a high school teacher for mathematics and physics at the Sacred Heart Grammar School Vienna.
