Welcome to my 3D Autostereogram Collection.
Autostereograms, also known as single image stereograms, also known as SIS's, are very popular. They are two dimensional pictures that contain parallax information. This means that they produce hidden 3D images when viewed correctly. They each consist of a series of repeating vertical columns. Each column is somewhat similar to the others around it. When the image is viewed correctly your right eye is actually focused on one point in one column, while your left eye is focused on the same point, but on the next column to the left. With that, the brain will convert the differences into depth information, rendering a 3D image in your brain!
This gallery consists of six categories. The software used to generate these images includes and is not limited to MS Paint, Paintbrush, GP Popout, SISGen 1.58, Microsoft Image Composer, and many other programs.
I made most of the textures in this gallery. If a texture was downloaded from the internet, the link on this page will mention it.
