FabeeyKido Studio created FabeeyKido World as an educational and entertainment app for children and families. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when FabeeyKido World is used.

1. Accounts and personal information

FabeeyKido World does not require a child to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, or date of birth. The app does not include public child profiles, public chat, social messaging, or FabeeyKido Studio cloud accounts.

2. Information stored on the device

The app may store settings, learning progress, game progress, rewards, story progress, saved drawings, coloring work, offline-access state, and a local FabeeyKido Unlimited entitlement state on the device. FabeeyKido Studio does not upload this locally saved educational content or artwork to its own servers. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove local information.

3. Information processed by third-party services

FabeeyKido World uses Google services for app distribution, subscription billing, and advertising. Depending on device, region, service availability, and how the app is used, Google services and their approved service providers may process limited technical information such as approximate location, purchase history or purchase status, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers. These categories are used for purposes such as app functionality, advertising or ad delivery, analytics or measurement, fraud prevention, security, compliance, billing, and service operation. FabeeyKido Studio does not use this information to create personalized advertising profiles of children.

4. Advertising

FabeeyKido World uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment and a maximum G-rated ad-content setting. Normal interstitial ads are shown only at selected natural activity breaks. Optional rewarded ads may be offered for specific parent/family actions such as unlocking a printable coloring-page download. Google and approved advertising technology providers may process limited device, network, advertising, interaction, approximate-location, and diagnostic information as needed to deliver, protect, and measure ads under their own privacy policies. FabeeyKido Studio does not sell children's personal information and does not use the app to build personalised advertising profiles of children.

5. Rewarded printable downloads

Without FabeeyKido Unlimited, a parent or family user may choose to watch one rewarded video to unlock one printable coloring-page download. Each additional printable may require a separate rewarded-ad choice. Rewarded printable ads are voluntary and are separate from the app's normal interstitial-ad timing rules.

6. Google Play purchases and FabeeyKido Unlimited

FabeeyKido World offers an optional monthly auto-renewing Google Play subscription called FabeeyKido Unlimited. When active, ads are disabled, Brain Games, Magic Play and Stories are unrestricted online or offline, and printable coloring pages can be downloaded without rewarded videos. Google Play processes the transaction and may provide the app with product information, purchase status, purchase history, and purchase-token information needed to deliver or restore the subscription entitlement. FabeeyKido Studio does not receive or store full payment-card details.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. The price shown in the app is supplied by Google Play and may vary by country or region.

7. Purchase restoration

The app can ask Google Play to restore an active FabeeyKido Unlimited subscription for the Google account using the device. A time-limited local entitlement may be kept so an active subscriber can continue using Unlimited features during normal offline use. Google Play remains the source of subscription processing, renewal status, and account-level purchase records.

8. Third-party services

The current release uses:

·        Google Play for app distribution and subscription billing.

·        Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising.

·        Flutter software components and Android platform services for local storage, audio, file saving, and opening the published privacy-policy webpage.

FabeeyKido World does not currently use social login, a FabeeyKido Studio cloud user database, or a FabeeyKido Studio analytics account.

9. Device permissions and media

The app does not require precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone calls, or SMS access for its normal learning and play features. Music, narration, images, and stories are primarily packaged with the app and played locally. Saving artwork or printables uses Android storage or gallery mechanisms available on the device.

10. Internet access and offline use

Learn, Coloring and Drawing can be used without an internet connection. Free users receive a limited offline allowance in Brain Games, Magic Play and Stories before internet is required for more free activities. Active FabeeyKido Unlimited subscribers can use those sections without the free-user offline limit. Internet access is also used for loading ads, Google Play Billing subscription or restore requests, and opening the published privacy-policy webpage.

11. Children's privacy and family use

FabeeyKido World is designed for children and families. Child-facing activities do not ask children to submit personal contact details or communicate with strangers. Purchase and premium-access controls are protected by a grown-up/parent gate. Advertising is configured for a child-directed experience, and the app is intended to follow applicable Google Play Families requirements and applicable children's privacy laws.

12. Selling and sharing

FabeeyKido Studio does not sell children's personal information. Locally saved drawings, learning progress, settings, and game results are not sent to FabeeyKido Studio servers. Third-party Google services may process or share limited information for advertising, billing, app distribution, analytics or measurement, security, fraud prevention, compliance, and service operation as described in this policy and in Google's own privacy notices.

13. Data deletion

There is no FabeeyKido World online child account to delete. Local progress and artwork can be removed using available in-app controls, Android app-storage controls, or by uninstalling the app. Google Play subscription and purchase records are managed by Google and are not deleted by uninstalling FabeeyKido World.

14. Data security

FabeeyKido Studio designs FabeeyKido World to minimize data collection and to keep children's learning content and artwork on the device where practical. Data handled by Google services is transmitted using the security measures provided by those services. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

FabeeyKido Studio may update this Privacy Policy when app features, legal requirements, advertising, billing, or third-party services change. The official webpage will be updated with the current wording and effective date.
