James Labadia is a Gender and Protection expert who served as Gender and Protection Advisor with CARE International in South Sudan and recently as Programme Policy Officer- Gender with World Food Programme (WFP), South Sudan Country Office mainstreaming gender and gender-based violence in Climate Change adaptation work in the country.
Labadia is passionate about leading the local initiatives, vast experience with Local Youth-led Organizations and supported establishment and running of consortiums of Civil Society Organizations in South sudan. Under this, Labadia participated in ICPD 25 Nairobi Summit in 2019.
Labadia graduated with a master's degree in Peace, Humanitarian and Conflict Studies- University of Juba, and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from ESLSCA Business School- Paris, France".
John Boul Yorama Madaali is a seasoned Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with over 15 years of experience in international development, humanitarian assistance, and program management in South Sudan. He has extensive expertise in results-based management, information systems design, data collection, statistical analysis, and impact assessment, with proven success in leading M&E frameworks for organizations such as Titi Foundation, UGAEFI, World Vision, Humanity and Inclusion, and Nonviolent Peace force.
Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, he has delivered high-quality information products, strengthened accountability systems, and guided evidence-based decision-making for humanitarian programs. Fluent in English, Arabic, and his mother tongue, John is also a Certified M&E Professional with additional training in resource mobilization, proposal writing, and program leadership. Passionate about child protection, gender equality, and community resilience, he is committed to advancing data-driven humanitarian responses that empower vulnerable populations.
Paul Doctor Yorama is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Alternative Aid (FAA) with over 15 years of experience in humanitarian assistance, development, and peacebuilding in South Sudan. He holds a Master’s in Development Studies, a Master’s in Humanitarian and Conflict Studies, a PGD in Strategic Management and Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Social Work and Social Administration, and is PMP certified.
Paul has led programs in health, education, livelihoods, climate resilience, and governance, working with FAA, Titi Foundation, and LCDA. A committed Christian preacher, he combines faith and professional expertise to promote justice, unity, and community resilience in post-conflict South Sudan.
Diana Doroka James is a dedicated South Sudanese professional with extensive experience in administration, client relations, marketing, logistics, and human resource management. She has served in key roles with IAA Healthcare, Al Amier General Trading Co. Ltd, and Ancheng Security, consistently delivering quality service, strengthening client relationships, and supporting organizational growth.
She holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Juba and a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Islamic University, along with certifications in Tailoring & Designing, Alternative to Violence and Monitoring and Evaluation. Diana brings strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, thriving in diverse work environments while remaining committed to excellence, teamwork, and advancing institutional goals.
