NAMI Cambridge-Middlesex offers a free family support group meeting for adult children of people with mental health conditions. Facilitated by trained NAMI members, the support group is designed to provide mutual support and coping strategies in a confidential atmosphere. Many families have found these groups helpful.

This group meets monthly on Zoom:

– Fourth Monday of the Month: 7:00-8:30 pm

Registration is required, using the links on this page, and space is limited. 

Once registered, you will hear from one of the facilitators with information about how to join the meeting. If you are new to Zoom, we can help you get started. We’ll look forward to seeing you.
