Inverted F1GP Tracks v0.1
"Inverted" original 16 F1GP tracks have been released. The tracks were created by Fredrik Meyer. The tracks are available in the File Archive section of this website:
All tracks here are just like the original ones, except they have been "inverted", meaning that all track sections that used to go uphill now go downhill and vice versa.
In some locations, track objects "bleed" through the track and other objects. To avoid this, a number of trackside objects should be rotated slightly to follow the new track gradient. At the moment, they do not. Something for the future...

ArgTrack and ArgDocs
ArgTrack, a track editor for F1GP has been released.
ArgTrack allows you to edit track sections, pit lane sections, computer car/ideal line, various object settings, the horizon and the computer car setup. It's also actually possible to somewhat manipulate the 3D objects that are placed around the track, though this must be done in a crude, trial-and-error fashion, i.e. just editing various byte values. There is still lots to work out on that front. And also, unlike e.g. Chequered Flag or GP2 Track Editor, there is no preview of the track you are working on, so it's hard to have any idea of what you're doing. So it's certainly not perfect, but it means that it's relatively easy to play around with track data and see what happens.
ArgTrack is available for download at www.argtools.com/argtrack, as well as in the File Archive section of this website:
The documentation related to ArgTools has been updated with the track development information, and it has been moved to www.argtools.com/argdocs.
All Fredrik Meyer's F1GP-related activities have been moved to the new argtools.com domain.

ArgData API for editing F1GP
The first version of the API for editing F1GP has been released. The API has been the backbone of ArgEditor for quite a while, but this makes it available for anyone else to try.
The API means that you can write code to update various data in F1GP (car colors, driver performance, etc) instead of knowing the byte locations etc of all data. Useful if you want to make some tool or something, otherwise of course it's easier to edit stuff with F1Ed, GPEditor or ArgEditor. It's a .NET API, so knowledge of C# or another .NET language etc is required. The API can be downloaded using NuGet, just search for "ArgData".
Introductory post at: https://codemeyer.net/2017/02/22/introducing-the-argdata-api/
There is more documentation, etc. at: http://manicomio.se/argdata/
The source code is available at: https://github.com/codemeyer/ArgData
And its NuGet page is at: https://www.nuget.org/packages/ArgData/
