("Flamboyant", "we", "our", or "us") operates F Reports, published on Google Play as "FBTS Retail Report" (the "App"), a retail and business management application covering point-of-sale billing, inventory, purchases and sales, pricing, customers and suppliers, loyalty, finance, and reporting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use the App and its related services.
F Reports is a business productivity application intended for use by organizations and their staff — owners, managers, accounts, and store/counter staff. In most cases, your employer or business (the "Customer") is the data controller of the information processed through F Reports, and Flamboyant acts as a data processor, processing data only according to the Customer's instructions and the applicable service agreement.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Users of the F Reports mobile and web application.
- Owners, managers, accounts staff, and other authorized users of businesses that use F Reports.
- Customers, prospective customers, and partners who evaluate or subscribe to F Reports.
Where F Reports is deployed for a business, that business determines what data is collected and how it is used within the app, and this data is processed on their behalf.

Depending on your role and how your business has configured F Reports, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account and Profile Information : Name, email address, mobile/phone number, username, password, company/store name, job title or role assignment (e.g., admin, manager, accounts, staff), and two-factor authentication (TOTP) setup data.
Business and Store Data : Company, brand, and store/location details; tax registration details (e.g., GSTIN); pricing, cost-center, and budget configuration; business settings.
Customer Data (entered by the business) : Name, phone number, email, address, purchase and billing history, and loyalty program details of the business's own customers, entered into the App by its staff.
Supplier Data (entered by the business) : Supplier names, contact details, and purchase order records.
Transaction and Financial Data : Sales, purchases, invoices, receipts, payments, inventory and item records, production records, and financial/tax reports generated within the App.
Uploaded Files and Media : Receipts, product images, and documents you upload or export through the App (including generated Excel and PDF reports).
Device and Technical Information : Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, device identifiers, crash reports, diagnostic logs, and information about how you interact with the App.
Security and Anti-Abuse Data : Login session tokens, and CAPTCHA verification data processed via Cloudflare Turnstile when signing in, to protect against automated abuse.

- Provide, operate, configure, and support the App's features (billing/POS, inventory, purchases and sales, pricing, customers, suppliers, loyalty, finance, and reports).

The App does not request Camera or Location access.

- Your business (the Customer): owners, managers, and staff within your business access data according to their roles and permissions.
- Cloud and technology providers : hosting, storage, and support providers required to deliver the service, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile CAPTCHA): to verify sign-in attempts are not automated, where enabled.
- Authorized sub-processors : bound by confidentiality and data-protection commitments.

- Government authorities, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement agencies : when required by applicable law or legal process.

Flamboyant operates from India and the United Arab Emirates. Information may be processed in countries where our cloud providers, technology partners, customers, or service providers operate. Where F Reports processes data on behalf of your business, that data is retained and deleted according to the applicable customer agreement and the business's instructions.

Where F Reports processes your information on behalf of your business, we will act on the business's instructions and support them in fulfilling deletion requests, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations. Certain records may be retained where required by law (for example, statutory tax or accounting records).
