I am currently on the 2025-26 academic job market, seeking postdoctoral positions or full-time opportunities in industry as a Research Scientist or Data Scientist in Responsible AI beginning in Fall 2026!
Please see my CV!
My research lies at the intersection of machine learning, statistics, public policy, and economics. My research focuses on the use of statistical inference and machine learning (ML) to understand social issues and improve equity and access for underserved communities. I bridge technical innovation and societal impact by developing AI systems that function reliably in imperfect real-world environments and supporting their responsible use in the public sector.
I am a final year Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California, Berkeley (w/ Michael I. Jordan and Amanda Coston). I completed my M.S. in Statistical Science at Duke University and B.A. in Applied Math at Harvard University.
