1.      The customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of  the services offered by Ez car rental is at the sole risk of the customer. The liability of Ez car rental excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law . Customer can rent a vehicle under EZ car rental platform for tourist purposes.

2.      A) Documents : AADHAR CARD ,DRIVING LICENSE, VOTER ID And other PHOTO IDENTITY CARD or INSTUTION CARD (AADHAAR CARD IS MANDATORY)

 B) Local students must carry their job/college/ institution id card for the Address Proof.

 c) Without ID CARD no one can eligible for rent a car under EZ CAR RENTAL  platform.   

 D) Mail/WhatsApp your documents such as ADHAR CARD, DRIVING LICENSE, Any other ID CARD AND PHOTO to  nkraju455@gmail.com / 7787063873 for the pre-verification of your documents.

E) In the absence of any valid/required documents the booking will be treated as cancelled and RS.500/- Is deduct from total amount paid.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

3.      AGE REQUIRED: A) Minimum 21 age required for Normal vehicles.

B) Minimum 24 Years for premium Range vehicles such as BMW, AUI, MERCEDES , ENDEAVOUR, FORTUNER, HARLEY.

4.      Over Speeding charges(Exceeding 80km/Hour).

A) Penalty of Rs1000 shall be charged on the first instance .

B) An additional penalty of Rs. 2000/- shall be charged such time from the second instance of speed violation.

C) In case of multititle over speeding  occurrences , the Car Engine Locked …

5.      Kilometers illimitation  But Depending On Booking Of Period  ( Decide By EZ) … 

6.      180 KMS/24 Hour is limited in the  BMW, AUDI, MERCEDES, Range vehicles .Extra per kilometer charges Rs.30/ km will be charged from the customer.

A)    Outside Odisha : Customer  if planning to go out side the Odisha state border Not Allow...

7.      Prohibited use: Customers are not allowed to carry arms, ammunition banned Drugs & Pets .In addition , use of car for commercial purpose such as product sell and promotion , and carry goods is strictly prohibited . In such cases, customers will be charged of Rs. 5000/-

A)    For any speed race competition ; Charges .10,000/-

B)     For the purpose of towing ,pushing, Marriage or propelling any trailer or any other vehicle .

C)     By any person who is under the influence of (i) alcohol or (ii) any drug mediation under the effects of which the operation of the vehicle is prohibited or not recommended . send your profile police station )

D)    Illegal nature for the purpose of commission of any crime or other illegal unlawful activity. ( send your profile police station )

E)     Smoking ,drinking & other types of drug not allowed inside the car . If anything  found inside the car then it will be chargeable Rs.2500/-

F)     If vehicle not found in same condition after completion , Rs.250/- washing charges will be applicable

8.      A) Late charges: If the customer exceeds the time limit without information before 6 hours of expiry of time then it will be chargeable Rs.1000/-as fine in addition to extra per hour charge Rs.500/Hour.

B)     Extension rules are subject to availability of vehicles.

9.      Insurance an damaging charges:( A) The company will be responsible for any damages during the travel, renter should take care of the repair charges by their own up-to Rs.15000/- in normal range vehicles & Rs .80000/- in premium range vehicles .

A)    Insurance claim can be applicable for damage repaired charges above Rs.30000/- for normal range vehicles & Rs.80000/- for premium range vehicles . For any excess charges apart from claim amount, the renter will be liable to pay.

10.   Vehicles registered with EZ car may be continuously tracked by using GPS for security reasons or for reasons for deemed for fit and proper by EZ car.

11.   Home delivery charges is Rs.99/- Including pickup drop  within the radios of 10km.

12.   Cancellation : 500/- charges .

13.   Fuel policy: The vehicle must be returned by the customer , upon completion of the booking. If the vehicle returned with lesser fuel at the start of the trip , then refueling charge will be applicable.

Terms And Conditions

Security Deposit

This is a Refundable security deposit of up to Rs 1500 to 10,000 will be charged. During limited-period offers, this amount might be lower. It will be refunded within 1 bank working days of booking's end time. Post verification of fastag charges and traffic violations. Please note traffic violations will be reflected in the government portal after 3-4 days of booking’s end time.

Fuel Reimbursement

Kindly note all our unlimited packages are without fuel, there will be sufficient fuel we request to return back the same fuel. In case of excess fuel returned, to qualify for fuel refund, the customer should provide more than 20% compare to the trip start fuel percentage along with the vehicle number at the time of drop off. kindly note we will NOT be able to reimburse fuel bills shared with us later.

The fuel expense needs to reconcile reasonably with the standard fuel efficiency of the car. For the purpose of this reconciliation and for the benefit of the Customer, we assume a lower mileage than what is defined by ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India). The date on the fuel bill should fall within the booking period. Hand-written fuel bills will be considered as invalid.

Cancellation and Charges

Customers can cancel the booking subject to the following conditions and charges. A cancellation refund will be done through the original payment method within 3 bank working days.

Customer should inform 24 hours prior the booking start time, in such instances, 70% of the amount will be refunded, if failed to inform 24 hours prior the booking start time No-Refund will be done.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling has to be informed 24 hours prior to the booking start time, in such instances the following shall be applied based on the car availability,

Please be informed that we will not be able to pre-pound the booking start time.

The duration should be the same or more.

Tariffs might differ based on the weekday and weekend charges.

Extension and Extra Hours

Customers should inform 24 hours prior the booking end time, in such instances the same shall be confirmed based on the car availability.

Extension duration should be at least for 6 hours.

Customers are eligible to avail 1 hour buffer time on every booking end time.

If informed Post 1 hour buffer time, extra hour charges will be 250/hour.

If not informed Post booking end time, extra hour charges will be 400/hour.

Customer should share the complete video of the car.

Swapping Vehicle

Customers should inform 24 hours prior to the booking start time, in such instances, the same shall be applied based on car availability and the charges might differ depending on the car type.

Over speeding

Speed limit is from 00 to 80Kmph. In case if customer exceed the 80 speed limit you will be charged INR 500/- for each violation.

Vehicle Damage

In case of Customer negligence like:

When the Customer is not in compliance with the laws and/or with terms of the EZ Car Rental Customer Agreement.

When the Customer is found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving.

Accident Policy

In occurrence of vehicle damage, customer shall be sole responsible for all such loss in regardless of cause , or who, or what caused it.

In the event of accident - customer is liable to pay maximum of ₹30,000/- and customer will need to pay damage fee equivalent to the repair to Ez Car Rental as per the estimation quoted by authorized dealership along with Downtime losses (The customer liable to pay rent for equivalent numbers of days taking to be repaired).

In case of damage charges exceeds more than ₹30,000/- - An comprehensive insurance will be claimed and estimation difference amount will be borne by the customer and Downtime losses will be same as above.

In case of total loss - a comprehensive insurance will be claimed and any estimation difference of amount, Parking charges etc. will be borne by the customer along with 3 months downtime losses will be charged due to claim process.

In case of User Negligence/Accident includes Drink and Drive - Full cost will be paid by the customer.

In situations of irresponsible or unsafe or negligent usage, there could be discretionary exceptions to this policy, whereby the Customer could be liable for all damages irrespective of whether or not Ez Car Rental is able to claim insurance in such cases. Such situation includes, but is not limited to:

When the vehicle workshop and/or insurance company deem the damage to be consequential in nature. Consequential damage occurs when the Customer continues driving the vehicle even when it is performing abnormally.

Beach /off road drive is prohibited for Ez Car Rental vehicle and customer will be liable to pay a compensation of Rs 10,000/- in addition to other damages, if the vehicle is taken for beach/off road drive.

Ez Car Rental vehicles are restricted to use for the purposes that are forbidden & prohibited by the law; customer will be sole responsible & liable for all legal actions & consequences for such usage.

When the person driving the vehicle at the time of the incident is found to be different than the one who made the booking.

When the Customer is not in compliance with the laws and/or with terms of the Ez Car Rental Customer Agreement.

When the Customer is found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving.

When the number of people in the car at the time of the incident exceed the standard seating capacity of the car.

When the incident happened in a state for which the Customer failed to pay the inter-state tax while entering the state.

When there is misrepresentation of information in the driving license and ID proof details shared by the Customer.

Where there is clear evidence of extremely rash and negligent driving on the Customer’s part.

When the Customer is in violation of traffic rules or of the Motor Vehicles Act.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

ez car rental conducts periodical checks on vehicle performance and ensures that hired vehicles are clean. (ez car rental)  expects its customers to help us maintain our standards of cleanliness. The Customer must ensure that the vehicle is not soiled while returning possession.(ez car rental)  shall charge the following damages and penalty shall deduct from the Security Deposit of the Customer.

Use of chewing gum, tobacco or any tobacco-based product inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Customers will be penalized accordingly.

Burning of any substance inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. This is not limited to but includes cigarettes, incense sticks or any form of medication/drugs.

Visible fabric stains internally.

Torn fabric inside vehicle.

In case if pets are allowed inside the vehicle.

Presence of sand, excessive mud inside the vehicle.

(ez car rental)  reserves the right to block, penalize, fine the Customer at our own discretion in event of non-compliance of the above.

Interstate Trip

Customers are responsible for paying all tolls & state permits. Ez Car Rental vehicle are registered with an all-India Permit, allowing the vehicle to enter any District of ODISHA.

Fas tag

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) Radio-frequency identification (RFID) FASTAG features are available in all the Ez Car Rental hassle free trip on national highway tolls. Customer should recharge fast tag based on the trip duration by using phone pay/ G pay / Paytm and transaction receipt screenshot need to be shared with our executive at the drop time. If the customer utilizes the Fastag balance without recharge we will be charged double the fastag amount used. Since fastag is not managed by Ez Car Rental any double charges / toll issues we are not responsible for such instance.

Towing Charges

User negligence/accident- Full cost should be paid by the customer.​

Personal Belongings

(ez car rental) is not responsible for any damage to, Loss or theft of any personal property belonging to user or co-passenger or third party regardless of fault or negligence.
