Our Application requires access to your device's background or foreground location (Approximate and Precise Location) in order to accurately calculate prayer times for your region and to correctly determine the direction of the Qibla compass. Your location data is processed only locally on your device in real time; it is never stored on our remote servers or shared with third parties.

User-Provided Information

Names or nicknames you enter when using the collaborative Quran recitation (group khatm) features are stored in our secure database (Supabase) to enable synchronization with other users. This data is used solely for the functionality of the Application.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Application may use certain third-party infrastructure services to enhance its functionality:

• Supabase: Used as a secure database provider to synchronize collaborative Quran recitation data (e.g., which Juz has been read by whom).

• Expo: Used as the core application framework and for delivering push notification services.

These services have their own privacy policies, and your data is protected by their standard security protocols.

3. Device Permissions

The following permissions may be requested on your device for the Application to function properly:

• Location Permission: Required for prayer time calculations and the Qibla compass.

• Notification Permission: Required to send you reminders when prayer times arrive.

• Vibration Permission: Required to allow your device to vibrate during notifications.

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Please note that revoking certain permissions may cause some features of the Application (such as automatic prayer time calculation) to not function properly.

4. Advertising

Our Application displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. These services may collect and use certain data to serve relevant ads, including:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)

• IP address and general location information

• App usage and interaction data
