Additionally, we may collect device information like model and operating system version, anonymous usage data, and crash diagnostics to help us improve the app. If third-party login is used, we may collect authentication IDs or tokens.

We use this information to allow team members and managers to interact within the app, track positivity points and rewards, manage sessions and access, and improve overall functionality and performance. Data may also be used to meet compliance with legal or app store requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with your store’s authorized leaders, with service providers like Firebase to operate core features, or if required by law.

Your data is retained only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes. You may request to delete your data at any time. You also have the right to access your information, correct inaccuracies, opt out of analytics, or request deletion of your data.

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure. Your data may be processed in the United States, and protections may vary depending on your location.
