1. Set a mission. 2. Make a plan. 3. Execute logically 4. Stay positive. 5.Sleep well. Having said all that, high goals also may lead ego and when that happen you will go on sinking. Control your 5 senses and be around people who always gives positive suggestion and not a shallow ones. Execute and motivate people around you at all time. Trust only what you think is best for the business Lastly be honest at all time.
