Ché was a proud member of the EY Senior team for many years. Chè was one of the most beloved individuals in the GTBL and across the provincial senior circuit. In recognition of his outstanding character, sportsmanship, and positivity, Chè was honoured with the prestigious Presidents Trophy for the 2022 season.

The Presidents Trophy was renamed to the Chè Andrews Memorial Award in 2023. It is given out to the player who exemplifies sportsmanship, dedication and overall great qualities of a GTBL player.

Ché's #11 has been retired by the team.
