Eyes on Probate: Action Against Abuse is a grassroots nonprofit organization committed to exposing and ending abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation in the probate court system — especially in guardianship and conservatorship cases.
We fight for justice, transparency, and accountability through:
• Court watching and reporting
• Legislative and policy advocacy
• Public awareness campaigns
• Volunteer training and legal education
• Support for families and individuals harmed by the system
We primarily monitor Michigan's probate courts, with a focus on Wayne, Macomb, Oakland and Genesee counties — but we also offer virtual court watching across all 83 counties.
