About Project

The aim of the project is to raise the awareness on one of the most important problem of student age, 'Cyberbullying'. Our main goal is to enhance the awareness of professional school directors, educators and volunteer adults and parents of conscious and safe use of internet and interactive technologies and provide a perspective to inform students of the tragic effects of cyberbullying and detail strategies for preventing and responding to this form of abuse.

This project offers the possibility to gather the knowledge and evaluate similarities between partner states. We emphasize that not only pupils will develop language skills but also the teachers will feel the need of learning languages. During the project, participants will exchange the ideas on how to develop language skills and to improve one’s own social skills.

Activities for preventing bullying in children’s lives will take a new look at the ways to combat all forms of bullying, understanding bullying behaviours. Actions will be focused on learning process and teaching others successful strategies and skills to prevent cyberbullying, creating an environment where rules of conduct are clear, children feel safe, and everyone understands that bullying will not be tolerated.

According to the profiles of learners, we can offer various educational products which will make it possible each one to adapt them according to their needs and their desires. Brochure, digital dictionary, questionnaires and survey results, short films, DVD, calendar, logo etc.

During the 2-year project time all involved staff from partner schools, teachers and students in particular, preparing posters and art exhibitions, video presentations, statistical surveys at the partner schools on the topic, workshops, shows and multicultural campaigns against bullying and cyberbullying. Tools and methods proposed will result intercultural exchange of experiences, practices and theoretical reflections. We consider all pupils, teachers, stuff and local community would benefit from establishing a relationship which would help them communicate and work with pupils and teachers from other European countries.
