She has been practicing for 10 years. Her passion for Clinical Optometry focuses on Specialty Contact Lenses, Anterior and Dry Eye Disorders, Myopia Management, Pediatric & Adult Eye Care, and Vision Therapy & Rehabilitation.

Dr. Star completed her optometry school at Davao Doctors College and passed the OLE in 2014, had her fellowship with the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (IACLE), and gained her Master in Business Administration, major in Medical Entrepreneurship in 2018. Her other affiliations include the Scleral Lens Education Society, Gas Permeable Lens Institute, World Council of Optometry, American Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association – Contact Lens and Cornea Section.

Dr. Star's passion includes teaching and training optometry students and interns from Mindanao. She is the current Department Dean in the College of Optometry at Mindanao Medical Foundation College. Besides her clinical duties, Dr. Star has also been a speaker at some Philippine Optometric Seminars and Conventions. Operating and leading Eye Gallery since 2015, their clinic has been awarded ‘Advanced Optical Clinic in Davao City’ by World Class Philippines last December 2023 and ‘Most Trusted Optical Clinic in Davao City’ by Q Asia during the 24th Q Asia’s Quality Excellence Awards last June 2024.

Eye Gallery Davao has been a clinical optometry practice since 2015, providing advanced eye and vision care services to patients in and around Davao City. We offer contemporary eye and vision assessments, anterior eye diagnosis and treatment, specialty contact lens evaluation and fitting, customized prescription eyeglasses, and vision therapy and rehabilitation. Our clinic aims to provide the best possible management for patient’s needs. We welcome new patients, both walk-ins and referred patients from our colleagues and associated ophthalmologists in the metro.

She has been practicing for 8 years and her passion for Clinical Optometry focuses on Myopia Management, Pediatric & Adult Primary Eye Care, Occupational Optometry, Ocular Aesthetics, and Low Vision Optometry.

Dr. Lacely completed her nursing school at San Pedro College and became a nurse in 2008. She had worked as a nurse in Davao City and in the UK for a few years. She then proceeded and finished her optometry school at Davao Doctors College in 2016. Apart from owning Eye Gallery Davao with Dr. Star, Dr. Lacely also owns Cafe-Encarnacion Optometric Clinic since 2017. With her interest with Myopia Management, it led her to accomplish her Myopia Management Certification Course – Level 1 from Asia Optometric Congress last 2023.

Dr. Lacely's passion includes teaching and training optometry students and interns from Luzon and Mindanao. Working in Eye Gallery with Dr. Star, their clinic has been awarded with ‘Advanced Optical Clinic in Davao City’ by World Class Philippines last December 2023 and ‘Most Trusted Optical Clinic in Davao City’ by Q Asia during the 24th Q Asia’s Quality Excellence Awards last June 2024.
