To confirm your booking, a deposit is necessary. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made either through a bank transfer or via credit card over the phone.
Please plan to arrive on time, allowing an additional 10 to 15 minutes for any unforeseen delays. If you are more than 20 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you in our next available slot, your appointment will be marked as missed, and your deposit will be forfeited.
You are permitted to cancel or modify your appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Be advised that cancellations made after the deposit has been paid, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We allow a one-time rescheduling to another date or time within one month, without forfeiting your deposit.
For complimentary Touch-Up appointments, it is mandatory to attend or reschedule within the designated period (4-8 weeks). Failure to do so will incur a re-booking fee of $95 for your complimentary Touch-Up session.
In cases where we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will propose alternative dates and times based on our availability. Should these options not suit your schedule, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
