Go to Bedford Way, locate the number 20 entrance. Enter through security (let them know you are with the event). Turn right and walk through the set of doors (follow signs to Core B & C). You will go through a small hallway. After another set of doors, you will see the lifts. Go to the 8th floor, turn right, and you will see room 822 there.

NB: the layout of this building is a bit strange, so it's better to just take the lift.
Please don't forget to bring an ID with you!
Hotels & Accommodation:
You can look for hotels in the Bloomsbury area: E.g., Search here or central London (if you don't mind traveling for 15-20 mins).
NB: Book early as hotels are quite expensive in the area.
Food and drink: We will provide basic catering (tea breaks) and packed lunch (sandwich + drinks). However, the funding for the event is quite tight, so please don't expect much in terms of food. There are plenty of places within 5-10 minutes of the venue if you would like to grab a more substantial lunch.
On Thursdays (only), there is a Farmer's market with food stalls (food is typically £7-10). There are small cafes (e.g., Prat) around the corner, as well as a Tesco.
Wifi: There is eduroam wifi on campus. Please check with your home institution how to access it before traveling.
