Exumbra ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application Zen Focus 3D (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Information Collection and Use We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number). All focus timers and data are stored locally on your device.
2. Third-Party Services (Rewarded Ads) The App uses Google AdMob to display Rewarded Video Ads.
Voluntary Viewing: Ads are only displayed when you explicitly choose to view them in exchange for a reward (e.g., unlocking a feature).
Ad Data: When you choose to view an ad, AdMob may collect and use unique device identifiers and advertising IDs to serve the ad.

3. GDPR Compliance (EU/UK Users)
Legal Basis: We process data for ads based on your explicit action to view the ad (Consent).
Your Rights: Since we do not store personal data on our servers, we cannot "delete" your data. You can clear all local data by uninstalling the App.
Opt-Out: We do not track you outside of this ad interaction. If you wish to reset your advertising consent or ID, you must do so via your device settings (Android Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID).
4. CCPA Compliance (California Users)
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information.
Opt-Out: We do not maintain a separate "Do Not Sell My Info" button because we do not sell your data. You can control personalized advertising globally through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
5. Log Data In a case of an error in the app, we may collect anonymous data called Log Data (via Google Play Services). This may include your device IP address, device name, OS version, and the time of the crash.
6. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
