MT DevApps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the WalletWise mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use WalletWise, how it is used, and how it is protected.
WalletWise is designed to work without user accounts or sign-in.
The financial information you enter into the App, such as:
expenses and income
bills
categories
budgets
other personal finance records
is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server or database that receives or stores this financial information.
We do not have access to the financial records you enter into WalletWise unless you independently choose to share them outside the App.
WalletWise uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information with Google for purposes such as advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Depending on the SDK configuration and features used by the App, this may include:
IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of the device
App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views
Diagnostic information, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage
Device and account identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID
This information may be transmitted to Google or other applicable advertising partners through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google encrypts data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Information handled by WalletWise and its advertising services may be used for:
providing and operating WalletWise
displaying advertisements
measuring and improving advertising performance
analytics and improving app performance
fraud prevention, security, and compliance
WalletWise does not use your locally stored financial records to create an account or sell your personal financial information.
Your WalletWise financial records are stored locally on your device.
We do not transmit your financial records to our own servers or maintain a cloud database containing your WalletWise expenses, income, bills, categories, or budgets.
Data transmitted by third-party services such as Google AdMob is handled according to the applicable service provider's security and privacy practices. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
WalletWise provides users with in-app controls to delete their locally stored financial data.
Users can delete their expenses, categories, and other stored WalletWise app data through the App's available data-clearing/deletion controls.
Because WalletWise does not provide user accounts, there is no WalletWise account to delete.
Data handled by third-party services such as Google AdMob is subject to those providers' own policies and retention practices. Users may also manage certain advertising and device identifier settings through their Android device and Google account settings.
WalletWise does not retain your financial records on our own servers because we do not operate a server or database for this information.
Your locally stored WalletWise data remains on your device until you delete it using the App's deletion controls or otherwise remove the App's stored data.
Data handled by third-party services, including Google AdMob, is retained and managed according to the applicable third party's policies.
WalletWise is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through WalletWise.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
