This Privacy Policy explains how Personal Data is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Storage Cleanup mobile application, website, and related services (the“Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and confirm that you are over 18 years of age (or have had your parent or guardian read and agree to this Privacy Policy for you). If you do not agree or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Services. In such cases, you must delete the App from your device.

This enables us to better understand what features and categories of books our users like more, what categories of users use our Services. For example, if we discover that users more often read book summaries from “Productivity” category, we may create and introduce more of book summaries into this category.
2.4 To send you marketing communications
We process your personal data for our marketing campaigns. We may add your email address to our marketing list. As a result, you will receive information about our products, such as for example, special offers. If you do not want to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe following instructions in the footer of the marketing emails.

We use persona l data to enforce our agreements and contractual commitments, to detect, prevent, and combat fraud. Notes for purchase:
The account will be automatically renewed and charged the corresponding fee one day before the expiration date.
To cancel the auto-renewal, please cancel it in the personal account settings at least one day in advance.
No refunds are available after the purchase is effective.
After the purchase, users can manage or turn off the auto-renewal in the personal account settings.
If you are already a member, the subscription will extend the service time based on the existing membership period. Only one subscription option can be effective at a time.
Subscribed users have unlimited use and access to all premium features without ads. The subscription will be auto-renewed unless it is turned off within 24 hours before the end of the period. Your account will be charged according to your plan for renewal within 24 hours to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, when applicable. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at the subscription page of AppStore after purchase. Note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

12.Email Cleaner
We does not reach, collect, or store any of your personal data when you use Gmail API services through Storage Cleanup. If you reach any Gmail services through we; we will only use access for you to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and since we do not process these data we will not be able to transfer this Google user data to others.
13.Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data
Encryption. Sensitive data is stored with cryptographic methods and if required, transferred through environments encrypted with cryptographic methods and cryptographic keys are stored in secure and various environments.
Logging. All transaction records regarding sensitive data are securely logged.
Two-factor authentication. Remote access to sensitive data is allowed through at least two-factor authentication.
Physical data security. It ensures that personal data on papers is necessarily stored in lockers and accessed only by authorised persons. Adequate security measures (for situations such as electric leakage, fire, deluge, thievery etc.) are taken based on the nature of the environment where sensitive data is stored.
Storage Cleanup, aims to process the personal data of users in accordance with general principles of privacy and the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698 (“PDP Law”) and other applicable legislation.
Transfer of sensitive personal data. If transfer of sensitive personal data is required through email; such transfer is done through (i) encrypted corporate email or (ii) Registered Email.
In the event that the personal data is damaged as a result of attacks on Storage Cleanup , despite we taking the necessary information security measures, or the personal data is obtained by unauthorised third parties, we notifies this situation to users immediately and, if necessary, to relevant data protection authority and takes necessary measures.
If you believe that we or someone with whom we have transferred your data is violating your rights, you can file a complaint to the data protection authority in your country and to other competent supervisory authorities. This Privacy Policy may be revised by our Company when deemed necessary. If you continue to access Storage Cleanup and use or access Storage Cleanup without benefiting from the Services offered by us after the notification period, you shall be deemed to have allowed the changes in this Privacy Policy.
