By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Exposed · Mobile Detective (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Exposed · Mobile Detective is a fictional interactive mystery and detective game that allows users to investigate simulated phones, fictional conversations, photos, contacts, notes, clues, and other story elements.
The App provides a fictional gameplay experience in which users explore simulated digital environments and investigate fictional cases.
All phones, messages, conversations, photos, contacts, profiles, characters, cases, clues, and other digital content presented within the App are fictional or created specifically for the game.
The simulated phone interface does not provide access to or retrieve information from another person's actual phone, messages, photos, contacts, accounts, or private communications.
Users are responsible for:
Using the App only for lawful purposes.
Using the App in accordance with these Terms.
Not attempting to use the App to access, monitor, or obtain unauthorized information from real devices, accounts, or communications.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
Some features of the App may be available only to users with an active Premium Subscription.
Premium features are optional and are intended to enhance the user experience. Core gameplay functionality may remain available without a subscription, subject to applicable limitations.
Certain features of Exposed · Mobile Detective may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices and available plans will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including but not limited to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will apply only to future purchases or subscription renewals.

All phones, conversations, messages, contacts, photos, profiles, characters, cases, clues, and other story elements presented in the App are fictional or created specifically for the game.
The App does not provide access to, retrieve, monitor, or collect private information from another person's device, phone, account, messages, photos, contacts, or communications.
The simulated phone interface and all digital content displayed within it are part of the gameplay experience only.
Any resemblance between fictional characters, names, conversations, events, organizations, or other story elements and real persons or events is coincidental unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for any interpretation of fictional content as representing real persons, events, communications, or circumstances.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, game mechanics, storylines, characters, fictional cases, dialogues, and other materials included in the App are owned by LunaCore Entertainment or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game's stories, characters, cases, dialogues, graphics, or other protected content.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems.
Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through any feature that permits user input or interaction.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the App without authorization.
Attempt to use the App to access, monitor, collect, or obtain private information from real devices, accounts, or communications.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription, access, security, or other technical restrictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunaCore Entertainment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Availability and uninterrupted operation
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or secure.
All game content or features will always be available.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
Any fictional story, clue, case, or gameplay outcome will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaCore Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the App.
Errors, interruptions, or technical failures affecting the App.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Loss of access to game content or features.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LunaCore Entertainment and its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law.
Your infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights.
Your misuse of the App or its features.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
