Pediatric allergies represent one of the most challenging health concerns faced by children worldwide, with cow’s milk allergy being one of the most common. At the forefront of advancing our understanding of immune responses in food allergies is Dr. Tracy Augustine, Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Sidra Medicine, Qatar. Her work integrates cellular and molecular biology, immunology, and microbiome research to uncover the mechanisms underlying pediatric cow milk allergy endotypes.
