We learn about and explore the Enneagram to deepen our compassion for ourselves and others by listening to other people describe themselves in the context of the Enneagram.
Key Concepts:
Each "Ennea-type" is like an energetic pattern (archetype) or container for your soul that holds information about how you show up, how you relate to others, & ultimately your purpose in life.
There are 9 types. But each type has a wing, a sub-type, a direction of stress, and a direction of growth. It can get complicated and the best way to learn is through listening to others describe it for themselves.
Traditionally, the Enneagram was learned and shared in an oral tradition passed between mystic teacher and students. Now, the best way to learn and share is through the Narrative Tradition, pioneered by Helen Palmer. Learn more about the narrative tradition at www.enneagramworldwide.com.

During this era of the Coronavirus and social distancing, we are using the Enneagram to stay connected & learn from each others. Courses run 2 hours each day for 12 weeks.

Mom, political-junkie, & reluctant spiritual person; I use the Enneagram to guide life choices while developing compassion for myself & others.
I started studying the Enneagram in 1993 and my grandmother sent me a copy of Richard Rohr's live recorded tapes. I have an MA in Conflict Resolution because I needed it & have been working in the field of refugee resettlement for nearly 20 years.
