Birthday Shout Out - $25.00

This year we would like to celebrate your child’s birthday or half birthday in lights on our Explorer Marquee!  Your child’s first name and last initial will be displayed for their special day. 

Two ways to register:

• Pay with your Membership Toolkit account

• Complete the online form below and please drop your cash or check made out to Explorer PTO to the EMS PTO mailbox located in the Explorer front office.

All forms need to be turned in 30 days prior to your child’s birthday.
