See the oldest building on Georgia Tech's campus, built in 1888. It is the most recognizable landmark of the Institute, was once the tallest building in Atlanta, and provides a great photo opportunity. Explore Georgia Tech's original campus of historic brick buildings near the tower.

A classic part of the average Georgia Tech visit, this Barnes & Noble isn't just for buying books. It boasts a wide collection of Georgia Tech merchandise, perfect for anyone who wants to rep the Institute! And it's located in the heart of Tech Square, right next to the Scheller College of Business. Tech Square has the most city feel to it of any part of campus and contains many student-approved restaurants!

The Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design is one of the coolest buildings to visit at Tech! Not only is it architecturally stunning, it has annually achieved a net-positive status for energy and water. Explore this sustainable beast of a building, where many students attend their science labs or meet to study!

Beautiful day? Right next to Kendeda, the EcoCommons is a great place to be. Hang around in hammocks, race down the slides, or traverse nature trails in these 8-acres of greenspace.

Explore the 222,000-square-foot Clough Undergraduate Learning Center, widely referred to as the "culc." It is an impressive building in the heart of Georgia Tech's campus and contains dozens of classrooms, labs, common areas, and study rooms. It is connected to the Price Gilbert Memorial Library and Crosland Tower, creating a maze of productive environments for students.

The recently renovated John Lewis Student Center is where students can easily access a food court, a mail room, study spaces, and learning resources. Find Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, Blue Donkey Coffee, and Tech Dining specialty restaurants here in the middle of campus.

The Campanile - Georgia Tech's famous fountain with beautiful outdoor seating
15,000 square feet of workout equipment; a swimming pool that hosted the aquatic events of the 1996 Olympics; a leisure pool with a hot tub, lazy river, and water slide; 6 fitness courts; a rock-climbing wall; 3 racquetball courts; an indoor running track -- find it all inside the Campus Recreation Center (CRC)! The CRC is one of the best fitness facilities offered to university students across the nation. Visitors can walk in and observe the fitness floor, but a guest pass is required to use any of the aforementioned amenities.

Indulge in campus cuisine! Visitors can pay to eat at any of Tech's dining halls. Currently, the two operating dining halls are West Village or North Avenue Dining Hall over on East Campus. Food quality and prices are equivalent, but we recommend West Village for its calmer atmosphere and its 3 floors of indoor and outdoor seating with spectacular views of Midtown Atlanta.

Observe student life
Scheller is one of the newest classroom buildings at Tech, and home to the Business School. As Scheller Fellers, we may be biased, but this modern and artistic building is worth the visit while you're in Tech Square.
