Check out is at 10am

Fold comforters and leave them on the bed

Leave linens and towels near the washer 

Begin the 1st load of laundry

Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run

Make sure the outside deck and dock area are tidy 

• • If you used the kayaks please put them back under the deck flipped over so they don’t fill up with water 

Dispose of any leftovers in the fridge

Take out the trash and put it in outdoor bins. All garbage must be bagged. No loose garbage please

Double check you haven’t forgotten anything

Turn off lights

Make sure ALL doors are locked

Safe travels

We expect our guests to leave the house in generally the same condition as they found it upon arrival. 

Please treat our house the way you would want your home to be treated. 

Please report any damages, broken items, or problems immediately. 

No smoking or vaping inside. 

No candles.

No fires or burning. 

No loud music or parties. 

No visitors permitted without prior approval. Anyone on the property must be a registered guest and declared upon booking. 

Please respect the neighbors. 

Primary renter must be 25 years or older. Renters must have ID verified through Airbnb. 

No pets / animals. Any guest bringing unauthorized pets will be asked to leave. 

• Please be aware that there are other dogs in the neighborhood. 

No children on the dock without an adult. Use at your own risk. Please watch your children and behave responsibly at all times, ESPECIALLY near the water. You are responsible for your own safety. Swimming is not recommended. Life jackets must be worn by anyone swimming or kayaking. Swimming, wading, and use of watercraft are at your own risk. 

Please make sure that the outside is tidy before you leave. 

Do not throw or dump anything into the Bay. Do not litter.
